Sector Performance Improved by 40% in 6 Months
Assigned to a low-performing sector with 22 AWCs, Darishisha introduced a "mentoring pairs" system — pairing struggling AWWs with high-performing ones for monthly joint visits. She redesigned sector meetings as collaborative problem-solving sessions and used Poshan Tracker data to create personalised improvement plans. She also publicly recognised small improvements to build motivation. Within six months, composite performance improved by 40%.
Innovative CLL Format Adopted State-Wide
Daphisha reimagined CLLs from classroom lectures into peer-learning sessions. Each session began with a real field challenge submitted by an AWW, followed by group problem-solving and hands-on "skill stations" for practising techniques with peer feedback. She added "take-home challenges" where AWWs committed to trying one new practice before the next session. Retention improved by 70%, and the format was adopted state-wide.
