Monthly Reporting Format Changes
Updates to the monthly reporting format effective February 2026. New fields added for ECCE tracking and convergence indicators.
What's Changing
The monthly reporting format (MPR) has been updated to include additional indicators for ECCE implementation and convergence with health services. These changes align with the national ICDS reporting requirements.
New Indicators Added
The following new fields have been added to the monthly report: ECCE attendance rate, number of structured ECCE sessions conducted, developmental screening coverage, convergence meetings held with ANM, and joint home visits conducted.
Submission Timeline
The deadline for monthly report submission remains the 5th of the following month. However, the updated format requires digital submission through Poshan Tracker in addition to the paper format.
Training on New Format
Training on the new reporting format will be conducted during the January sector meetings. Lady Supervisors will orient AWWs on the new fields and data entry process.
Action Required
- Attend the training on new reporting format during January sector meeting
- Start collecting data for new indicators from February 1, 2026
- Use the updated format for the February report (due March 5, 2026)
- Ensure Poshan Tracker app is updated to the latest version
- Contact your LS if you need clarification on any new indicator
